Welcome to FlipTarot. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FlipTarot. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

FlipTarot provides AI-powered tarot card readings and interpretations for entertainment and personal reflection purposes:

• AI-powered tarot card readings and interpretations (randomly generated by algorithms)
• Multiple reading types (Daily Guidance, Love Readings, Career Readings, Ask Anything)
• Various card spreads (Three Card, Celtic Cross, Hexagram, and more)
• Digital art and text content for entertainment and artistic purposes
• PDF export of your readings

The output is randomly generated by algorithms and is not based on supernatural abilities. Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

FlipTarot offers both free and Premium subscription tiers:

• Free: One daily reading per day for each reading type, basic three-card spreads, reading history, AI-powered interpretations
• Premium Monthly: $5.99/month — unlimited readings, all advanced spreads, priority AI processing, follow-up questions
• Premium Annual: $50/year (save 30%) — all Premium features, billed annually

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Submit false or misleading information

All content, features, and functionality on our platform — including tarot card images, AI interpretation algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by FlipTarot and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of questions and content you submit. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.

The content provided by FlipTarot is NOT a substitute for professional advice:

• Medical: We do not diagnose or treat any health conditions
• Financial: We do not provide investment or financial guidance
• Legal: We do not offer legal opinions
• Psychological: We do not provide therapy or mental health counseling

AI may produce hallucinations, errors, inconsistencies, or biased statements. The accuracy of readings is not guaranteed. If you are facing a real-life crisis, please consult a qualified professional immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipTarot shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on tarot readings
• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlipTarot from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or questions submitted

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our platform may integrate with third-party services:

• Payment processor (Stripe)
• AI service providers (OpenAI, DashScope)
• Authentication services (Supabase)
• Analytics services

We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at admin@flipior.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Updating the 'Last updated' date
• Sending email notifications for significant changes

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
