End User License Agreement

FlipTarot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the FlipTarot mobile application on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any applicable App Store terms.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• You may not use the application for any unlawful purpose
• This license does not grant you any rights to FlipTarot trademarks or branding

FlipTarot is strictly an entertainment product. All tarot card readings, AI-generated interpretations, and follow-up responses are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

• Readings are not predictions of future events and should not be treated as such
• Content does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice
• You should always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions
• FlipTarot makes no claims about the accuracy or predictive value of any reading

All interpretations and readings are generated by artificial intelligence models. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unexpected outputs. FlipTarot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

By using the application, you acknowledge that AI-generated readings are algorithmic outputs based on pattern recognition and language models, not genuine spiritual or psychic insights.

FlipTarot offers digital credits that can be used to unlock premium tarot readings. Credits are consumable digital goods processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law
• Credits do not expire and remain associated with your account
• Credits have no monetary value outside of the FlipTarot application
• FlipTarot reserves the right to modify credit pricing and reading costs with reasonable notice

FlipTarot offers auto-renewing subscription plans (monthly and yearly) that provide unlimited access to premium features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings within the application. Upon account deletion, your reading history and personal data will be permanently removed. FlipTarot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Active subscriptions should be canceled through Apple before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FLIPTAROT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIPTAROT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

In no event shall FlipTarot's total liability exceed the amount you paid to FlipTarot in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us before initiating any formal proceedings.
