A tarot spread is an arrangement of cards with a role assigned to each position. These positions give structure to a reading, helping you explore different aspects of your question, such as the current situation, an obstacle, or a possible direction.
Which classic tarot spread should I choose?
Start with One Card Tarot for a focused perspective or the Past–Present–Future for a three-card overview. Choose a Relationship spread to explore an interaction, or Yes or No for a specific yes-or-no question. Horseshoe and Celtic Cross offer more positions for situations with several connected influences.
Are classic tarot readings free?
After signing in, One Card Tarot, Past–Present–Future, 3-Card Relationship, and 3-Card Yes or No can use FlipTarot’s shared allowance of 3 free basic readings per day. Are larger tarot spreads more accurate?
More cards provide more positions and perspectives, not a guarantee of accuracy. One or three cards can be enough for a focused question. Choose a larger spread when you want to explore several influences and how they connect.
Can I ask follow-up questions after my reading?
